They are a great way to spend a day or two with the family, and you can still experience that festival atmosphere. What’s great is that you can be introduced to food from all over the world, as well as British classics (and you’ll surely be treated to quite a few tasters too)! It’s a great way to support your local traders, as well as a great way to get ahead of the food trends first!

Taste of London – June, Regents Park
100’s of London’s best restaurants will showcase what makes London’s food and drink some of the best in the world. Over the 4 days, you’ll be treated to talks and demonstrations by top chefs, get to try London’s very best in fine dining, wine tasting and all round great nosh!
Chilli Fest UK – July, Shoreham on Sea, West Sussex
Here’s something a little special for those hot food lovers, and even those who have a milder taste. The Chilli Fest showcases many independent chilli growers’ products from sauces, curries, breads to chocolate and vodka – apparently everything should be chili flavoured! The Dorset Seafood Festival – July, Weymouth Harbour
Set against the beautiful Weymouth Harbour in Dorset, you couldn’t ask for a better location for a celebration of seafood. This two-day event will show off some beautiful British fresh fish and seafood and top celebrity chefs will be on hand showing you everything you need to know about cooking the most delicious dishes.
Norfolk Food & Drink Festival August – October, Norfolk
Events will be taking place across Norfolk that will give the opportunity for 100’s of Norfolk artisan producers and growers to show off their produce, and you to sample them. From world-class vegetables to breads and beer, this festival is about celebrating everything local. There will also be interesting food debates, activities and unique food experiences taking place too. Not one to be missed!
The Annual Liverpool Food & Drink Festival – September, Sefton Park
Taking place at Sefton Park in the heart of the city, this food festival will show everything from high-end city restaurants to local producers and small & chic cafes. Over the weekend there will be The Celebrity Chef Theatre, a Festival Marketplace selling local take away and eat-in delicacies, and entertainment stages playing live jazz and acoustic music, giving you that festival vibe.
